Giant Glowing Condom in Mirvish Village?

Alright, so it isn't supposed to be a condom, but with its glowing tubular shape and cock-- err, chicken 'topping the tree', you can hardly blame me for interpreting a little on the naughty side with this one.

It's a bizarre sight for the corner of Bloor Street West & Markham Street, a quiet Annex crossroad usually dominated by the hypnotic light show of ye old Honest Ed's.

The sign belongs to a new Korean restaurant now open in the ex-McDonald's establishment on the corner.
