Condo of the week: 50 Yorkville Avenue
If luxury is what you're after, look no further than the private residences of the Four Seasons. This two bedroom, three bathroom unit is listed at $4,100,000, a modest sum in comparison to the penthouse which sold for $28-million back in 2011 (and ended up in a lawsuit to top it off).
The unit offers no shortage of high-end finishings, with crown moulding and recessed ceilings to add the level of luxury we just don't see in the soft loft's trending around the city. The building itself has an unassuming air of sophistication, very much intended by architect Peter Clewes.
Amenities are as elite as one would assume with maintenance fees just shy of $3,000, including valet parking, 24-hour concierge, access to housekeeping, and yes, even room service. With private elevator to access your home, you're bound to feel like the elite living here.

GOOD FOR
Someone that's looking to be treated like royalty. With 24-hour concierge, valet parking and a private elevator - there's no doubt that level of service may bring out the inner prince/princess in you.
MOVE ON IF
You really just want a flashy pad. While the amenities, quality and location are undeniably classy - the condo itself is relatively low key. Space is obviously a factor as well, given that $4 million is a heap to spend on a two bedroom.
