Honest Eds sign sale

Honest Ed's final sign sale goes down this weekend

If you've been kicking yourself for not saying goodbye to your favourite insanely lit Toronto landmark, now's your chance. This Saturday, October 22 starting at 8a.m. Honest Ed's will be hosting its final sign sale, where you can snag a piece of hand-painted history.

Don't be surprised if this final sale is even crazier than the last sign bonanza in 2015..

It was announced last year that the landmark retailer at Bloor and Bathurst would close at the end of 2016 before the property is converted to a rental housing development. Since then, the store has offered customers and heritage enthusiasts a chance to own snippets of it's much-loved signage and detailing.

Seems like Honest Ed's just can't quit Toronto yet, and we're happy about it.
