Snowstorm toronto February 2013Don't freak out! There's a little snow on the ground, and more on the way. At once an occasion for skipping school/work and getting wet feet, the good old fashioned snowstorm is also very picture-friendly. Let's not make it more complicated than that. What else is there to say? Trust me, you don't want to read my poetry — it's tinged with regret, sentimentality, and Wallace Stevens rip-offs.

The marble facade on Holt's is looking really dated and in need of replacement, especially when contrasted against white snow.

People were asked to submit photo's through Instagram, so obviously they have Instagram filters. relax.

The pictures of Toronto covered in snow are beautiful, just a pity one cannot capture the SILENCE.

At present in South Africa, the heat is intense, even the dramatic, spectacular storms we are experiencing don't cool the air, so the sight of icy coldness is much appreciated.
