Can anyone else get the first housing "for purchase" mashup to work (grassisgreener.ca)? It keeps telling me there are no listings at all!

Jerrold on February 8, 2007 at 1:40 PM

Hmmm... looks like grassisgreener is broken!

Wow, this is awesome. I especially love the public library locater. But that's because I'm a geek.

brokenengine on February 8, 2007 at 2:25 PM

Movemap.com is also not working...

Thestar.com was an early adopter of GoogleMaps (now Google Local) for interactive news features. Most of our maps can be found at thestar.com/maps .

Three in particular have local interest:

  • GTA homicides from January 2005 to the present (three maps);
  • Our traffic map, somewhat different from the two you have linked above;
  • and and marijuana grow houses busted in 2006

    "I especially love the public library locater.

    Glad you like it, Sameer. All that cutting and pasting solidified my own geek status pretty well.
