"South Toronto" a Hotbed for Terrorism?

Yesterday's Globe and Mail published a story detailing reaction from south of the border to last weeks terror-related arrests in Toronto. Indiana Republican John Hostettler (chairman of the House of Representatives subcommittee on immigration and border security) was quoted as saying:

"South Toronto, like those parts of London that are host to the radical imams who influenced the 9/11 terrorists and the shoe bomber, has people who adhere to a militant understanding of Islam."

South Toronto is host to radicals? Who would have thought!?

A witty response to this Indiana-borne opinion was brought to blogTO's attention, and we thought we'd share it. Check out Toronto blogger Ryan Whitham's comical summary of some of the hotbeds for terror in "South Toronto", which include the Island Airport, Queen's Quay, Bay St., and Yorkville.

Let's hope none of these city locations actually are what Amercian politicians presume they are!

SOUTH TORONTO CTU

Jack Bauer is Canadian, eh! The best time to catch terrorists is before they strike. Like in Canada and the CTU of South Toronto:
