carols cheesecakeCarole's Cheesecake makes mouthwatering cheesecakes in every variety imaginable including Dulce de Leche, Taffy Apple, Rocky Road, and my personal favourite, New York Cherry. Not many options if you're a crust fan, but the Yorkville and Castlefield cafes do offer the choice of mini cup cheesecakes or regular slices, as well as lower-sugar cheesecake options.

who *isn't* a crust fan? cheesecake without crust is just a big slab of sweet cheese. I like me some graham cracker crust thank you.

to be frank here, i love the food and they have good cheesecake too.
however they need to improve on their service....
