Raymi Art Show Tuesday Night
The eccentric queen of the Toronto blog scene, Raymi the Minx is hosting an art showing Tuesday night at the Crooked Star. Her art, much like her blog, is a bit of a cluster fuck of pop culture and sex, with a light sprinkling of political incorrectness. Kind of Andy Warholish.
Above we've got some stripper from a card Raymi found in Las Vegas, a classic Raymi photoshop job (not part of the show, just fun), and of course, Lindsay Lohan and her sidekick.
If I had the cash, and they weren't already sold, I'd go for Raymi's Saddam or Kim Jong Il portraits. Check them out after the break... or just swing by Crooked Star before the end of the month if you can't make it Tuesday night.

That first painting of the girl etc. etc. etc. is a disaster. Truly hideous. But maybe that's the point? Her simple paintings are a bit more palatable. Still, Raymi should stick to writing.

raymi, this is not your blog. That person was expressing their opinion, and if they managed to do it without childish name-calling, then you should be able to have enough class to do the same.
just expressing ma-self you guys too afeared to come over to my blog and say these things. bret, the eye guy was essentially saying i have been cataloguing my life for years and years and years. holy lighten up.
by the by do let me know where i can come view what you have to offer so i can pipe in my two cents, typically people like you have little to nothing to show, that's why you make the most noise.
