Hibernation Station

When the ol' temperature scrolls down to -17 degrees celsius, I find my desire to cook and store food explodes. This is where my beloved green food box comes in handy. It's become a bit of an obsession, actually. Every second Thursday, Green Earth Organics sends over a scrumptious box. I love that there are no plastic bags, it's literally delivered to my front door, and they always give delish cooking tips based on the fruits/veggies provided that week. I am forced to play with spices, chop, cook and store soups and stir-fry's for the week. This ensures my post-work evenings are filled with lazy unwinding well into the following week.

For the record, this is coming from someone who is not overly health-obsessed... I eat deep fried pepper shrimp at Lee Garden as much as the next guy, but it feels good to balance my grease splurges with those bitter greens.
