Moist's house party

I stopped by the new women's night Moist last night at Bar 501 on Church St. They have 2 cute young bartenders who are also happy to provide the entertainment. After a few party tricks, we played playdough pictionary at the bar while women came in stomping the snow off their feet and checking out the new night. The night had a house party kind of feel to it, including the burning log in the fireplace video that played on all the monitors.
It wasn't a huge crowd this week, but there's no reason why the night won't work out well. The DJ is good and the space is quite large, it offers a regular Church St. style night as an alternative to the more lounge-style Ciao Edie.
