Avling Brewery in Toronto reduces food waste by making beer out of old bread

Avling Brewery in Toronto has often used fruit scraps and pulp in their beer-making process. But not this Leslieville craft brewery has collaborated with some bakeries in the city to repurpose old bread into beer in order to cut down on food waste.
