Hundreds of media members packed Toronto's Hotel X on Monday for Kawhi Leonard's first words as a Raptor — again.
And while fans may have been hoping for another iconic Kawhi laugh moment, Leonard instead used his opening remark to put the NBA investigation involving him and his former team, the Los Angeles Clippers, to bed.
After that, though, Kawhi was all smiles, and he had the most Kawhi-esque response possible when asked about the laugh that went viral during his first Raptors Media Day eight years ago.
Leonard said he's never been embarrassed by his laugh. In fact, he's just happy it makes people laugh.
"If I can make people laugh with my laugh, that's OK with me. I'm not doing nothing," Leonard said.
"I'm not embarrassed about it. Whatever brings joy to you guys. I'm not gonna stop laughing just because people think it's funny."
The iconic laugh came after Leonard was asked what Raptors fans should know about him ahead of the 2018-19 season.
He told reporters he was "a fun guy" before breaking into laughter and adding, "I don't even know where you are sitting at!"
Apparently the Raptors' social media team even got in on the joke on Media Day, asking some of Leonard's new teammates if they could replicate his unmistakable laugh.
Though we assume nothing will live up to the original clip.

Beyond the laughs, Leonard made it clear that he's excited to be back in Toronto and said the city's energy and the potential of this young Raptors team played a role in his decision to come back.
"[The Clippers] weren't too competitive last year. I need pressure or a winning situation. I want to win; I want to try and win," Leonard said.
"I like to be in a winning environment, and they give me that here."
Fans will get their first look at Leonard back in his No. 2 Raptors jersey on Oct. 3, when Toronto takes on the Miami Heat in its first preseason game in Quebec City.
