Where to watch Portugal vs France Euro 2016 Finals in Toronto

Portugal vs France is set as the final match in the 2016 Euro Cup finals. Where to watch it in Toronto depends on your allegiances. If you're heavily invested in either team, there will be a few restaurants and bars that will become nationalistic hubs on Sunday in support of each country. If, on the other hand, you're just enthralled with the huge match, a host of venues will be hot zones for the finals.

Here's where to watch Portugal vs France duke it out for the Euro Cup 2016 finals in Toronto.

FRANCE

Point Bar
This is the place to be for the most devoted of French fans on Sunday. Expect to see the crowd decked out in blue in a show of ferocious support for the home team. Be sure the get there early! There's only capacity for 100 people. The bar will open at 1pm.

Le Societe
La Societe has been quietly broadcasting France's efforts at the 2016 Euro, but the finals will be a whole different story as the bar area will become a soccer hub on Sunday. Order a French brunch and cheer on Les Bleus as they attempt to win the Euro on home soil.

Wychwood Barns Bastille Day Celebrations
What could be better than a French Euro victory on Bastille Day? Head to the Wychwood Barns to watch the match live broadcast on a big screen amidst a celebration of French food and culture.

PORTUGAL

Bairrada
Bairrada will be a madhouse for the Euro finals. If the weather is cooperative, get there early to snag a seat on the patio, where the restaurant has set up televisions for an al fresco viewing experience.

Rio 40
If this were the World Cup, Rio 40 would be headquarters for the Brazilian team, but when the Euro rolls around it's all about Portugal. This restaurant isn't that spacious, so it's sure to be packed. Get there early to get a seat and be prepared to cheer.

Euro Sports Bar and Grill
If you want to experience the thrill of watching the game with rabid fans, this is your spot. Don't even bother coming here if you're not absolutely immersed in the fate of the Protuguese soccer team. This is a place for hardcore fans only, but what a scene it will be if Portugal wins.

The Derby
This Dundas West sports bar hasn't officially declared an allegiance during the Euro Cup, but thanks to its location and Portugal's run through the tournament, it's become increasingly popular with fans of Cristiano Ronaldo and co. I suggest arriving around noon to secure seats.

SPECIAL BROADCASTS

District 28
Those looking to do justice to the spectacle that is the Euro Cup finals should consider heading to District 28, which is broadcasting the match in its on-site theatre. Be aware that seating is limited. Check here for seat reservations.

Adidas Base
Adidas Euro Cup pop-up in Toronto will also be broadcasting the finals in a theatre setting, though VIP seating will be tough to come by. Still the 16x9 foot screen can be seen from throughout the shop at 583 College St., which will be buzzing during the match.

NEUTRAL TERRITORY

Cafe Diplimatico
Italy might be long gone from the 2016 Euro, but Diplimatico is ever the soccer hot spot, and you can expect the patio to be jammed for the finals.

Scallywags
One of Toronto's ultimate soccer pubs, you can expect Scallywags to be full of fans who have jumped on either team's bandwagon for the finals.

The Football Factory
No surprises here, Toronto's dedicated soccer bar will mark the occasion of the Euro finals with a packed house of educated fans there to take in the theatrics of the big game.
