Tamil Arasu is a Tamil snack and dessert shop that recently opened its doors in May 2012. Rather modest in decor and with no designated seating area, the place is much more of a takeout joint. That being said, the variety on offer is quite impressive, ranging from cassava chips, pittus and samosas for your snacking needs, to chicken biryani and kothur rotis for your lunch meal. They have daily specials that constantly rotate (such as vegetable plate lunches on Tuesdays and Fridays) so make sure you ask for them when you come visit.
