Saigon Flower
Saigon Flower seems to excel when the West Queen West bars close up shop for the evening. This is not the prettiest Asian fusion restaurant around, but it does work for a group who can't agree on whether to go for Japanese, Chinese, or Vietnamese fare. Plenty of cheap options on the menu, with pho standing out above much of the rest.
