Rinspire Burger specializes in burgers made with Asian-influenced flavours. The restaurant is co-owned and located inside sushi burrito spot Rolltation near Yonge and Eglinton.
The burger patties here are a mix of chunk and brisket, which is crucial to get an 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio for maximum flavour. They're always grilled and seasoned fresh to order and served on Martin's potato rolls.
The signature burger here is the Black Pepper Burger ($7.29) garnished with the standard trimmings but made using a black pepper sauce not dissimilar that one you'd find in a Hong Kong steakhouse.
It's topped with crispy fried vermicelli for that extra touch of Asian flavour.
My personal favourite is the Rinspire Spicy Chicken Burger ($7.99), a dark meat patty double-breaded to ensure maximum crispyness. It's tossed in house-made gochujang which gives it a sweet and spicy flavour.
For something a little more classic, the Double Bacon Cheeseburger ($11.49) is worth it for the bacon glazed in a homemade soy maple sauce. Its strong sweet-smoky flavour is close to heaven on a bun.
The Beyond "Beyond" Burger ($8.99) is, not surprisingly, made with a Beyond Meat patty and comes garnished with a sauce made with pesto, cashew and avocado. It's topped with grilled onions and mushrooms.
For sides, the Cheese Fries ($5.49) come slathered in Rinspire's special cheese sauce that has a slight hint of sweetness.
You have the option to top it with Japanese shichimi spice for an extra kick.
