Kung Fu Duck is a Chinese specialty restaurant that really should be winning awards based on its name alone. Look a little deeper though, and you'll find an interesting selection of offerings centred around its animal namesake. From duck neck (a very popular snack item in China which goes great with beer) to duck tongue (yes you read that right), they have everything that a mallard afficionado could ever want. The taste is surprisingly complex and flavourful, and is a much more delicious dish than what the average person may expect.
