Ahmutha Surabi
Ahmutha Surabi is a modest Tamil take-out and catering place in Scarborough. The place looks extremely basic (there aren't even any seats inside) but the food is plentiful and cheap, which makes it popular with students in the area. They provide a variety of hoppers (Sri Lankan rice flour snacks) for under 80 cents each.
