Toronto's parking situation is almost as ridiculous as it's housing market.

 There are parking spots in the downtown core selling for over $100,000. 

But if you really want a parking spot that also comes with a bedroom, look no further than 587 Craven Rd.

This detached bungalow in Leslieville has been sitting on the market for months, and it's back with a major price drop.

587 Craven Rd. is listed at just $599,000, down from its original $899,000 asking price.

The listing boasts a "rare detached raised bungalow with garage and parking," which is technically true... but when a house has more parking spaces than bedrooms or bathrooms, it's more garage than liveable home.I guess you could think of it as an upgrade from sleeping in your car — by, like, one floor.

Missing window frames could be a sign of what awaits on the inside. 

The listing description is a word salad of "Location! Location! Location!" and "Build your dream home!" but with no interior photos and some very suspect exterior photos, buyers can only guess what horrors (or hidden gems?) await inside.

To its credit, the lot size is a decent 20 by 73 feet, which, for a street notorious for having some of the city's smallest houses, is surprisingly spacious.

Plus, the location is excellent. The property is steps from Gerrard St. E., walkable to The Beaches, and within easy reach of Riverdale Collegiate and multiple TTC routes.

Either way, it's hard to say if  587 Craven Rd. is the city's most expensive garage or a seriously underrated reno opportunity.
