Everyone knows that Trinity Bellwoods is one of the coolest neighbourhoods to live in, but to claim to be the "vibiest house, in the vibiest location" is bold. 

And yet, the claim rings true for 8 Humber St. 

Located in the heart of Ossington, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom Victorian semi-detached house is beyond cool.

The only downside is that right now, there's no real outdoor space.

But Gaynor points out that you could transform the space into a backyard if you decide you don't need storage or parking; you are in the heart of Ossington, after all.

8 Humbert St. has just been re-listed for $1,499,999, after dropping its price from $2,199,000.
