So many houses these days are boring builder grade homes that all kind of look like they were built in The Sims with very little imagination or at least without using the "rosebud" cheat code. 

There's nothing wrong with them per se, but "builder grade" houses lack unique architectural features, have basic, standardized designs, and use inexpensive, generic materials.

In short, they're repetitive and uninspired.

This 100-year old house, while small, packs a punch of charm and character and has us thinking, "They just don't make them like they used to".
