Thanksgiving at Miku Toronto
On Sunday, October 12, Miku Toronto will host a one day only Thanksgiving buffet at its scenic waterfront location. Created by Executive Chef Michael Acero and Head Pastry Chef Glenda San Jose, the premium lunch service experience replaces the à la carte menu with a festive feast that blends Japanese flavours and holiday classics. Guests can reserve a spot through Miku Toronto’s OpenTable to enjoy a spread featuring prime rib, seasonal seafood, Aburi favourites, and a special Thanksgiving cocktail and mocktail available for purchase. Pricing is $95 for adults, $35 for children aged 7 to 12, and complimentary for children six and under, plus tax and gratuity.
The buffet lineup covers everything from a raw bar with chef-selected sashimi, shrimp cocktail with yuzu sauce, and seared tuna tataki with truffle ponzu, to appetizers like chilled marinated salmon nanbanzuke, Japanese omelette, seaweed salad, and more. A sushi station will serve Aburi oshi, the chef’s selection of nigiri, and assorted maki.
For heartier plates, guests can head to the prime rib carving station, roast turkey with sage apple stuffing, make their own ramen, chicken karaage, Atlantic miso yaki, and panko breaded oysters. Dessert wraps up the meal with petit green tea opera, Tahitian vanilla cheesecake, and jasmine tea ice cream, along with pops, teas, and coffee.
Whether you are celebrating with friends or family, Miku Toronto’s Thanksgiving buffet is a festive way to mark the holiday with Japanese flair and waterfront views. Guests can reserve a spot to enjoy this premium buffet through Miku Toronto’s OpenTable.
