Created by Shiva Rea, Yoga Trance Dance is a contemporary exploration of the spirit of dance within yoga. Beginning with yoga asana to initiate the flow of prana, Yoga Trance Dance flows into an exploration of free-form, breath driven movement to liberate one’s creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom!

Lauryn Elan Zuk is a yoga teacher, creative producer and poet – who loves nothing more then getting lost (and found) in dance at a live concert, next to the base speaker. Lauryn started her Trance Dance training in 2012, when she studied with Shiva Rea in Venice Beach, California. Since then she has spent many hours returning to recharge her heart with Shiva Rea throughout the United States and continues to grow her practice with Poetree Yoga & Flow Arts here in her hometown of Toronto. Lauryn is grateful for the opportunity to share the journey inward through free-form movement, in a safe and loving space open to all.
