January is Alzheimer Awareness Month and North America’s largest charity hockey tournament wants to spread awareness with an outdoor shinny-style hockey game featuring NHL alumni on January 26.

The Scotiabank Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s™ in Support of Baycrest will launch its 13th annual tournament with a Winter Warm Up hockey game on the ice rink at Nathan Phillips Square.

Dan Daoust, President of the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni Association, along with fellow NHL alumni Nik Antropov, Dennis Maruk and Bryan Muir, will take part in the event. The public is invited to watch the game and cheer on some of their favourite hockey legends.
