Wikipedia Wednesday: LGBTQ Artists

Call all writers, editors, and Wiki enthusiasts!

The Art Gallery of Ontario Library & Archives is partnering with the Canadian Lesbian Gay Archives to host a Wikipedia editing session focusing on Canadian LGBTQ artists. This follows on the success of the Art Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thons.

For our September event, we will have a special focus on building Wikipedia content on topics related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer LGBTQ artists and artist collectives. People of all sexualities, gender identities and expressions are welcomed and encouraged to attend. No Wikipedia editing experience is necessary there will be tutorials and one-on-one coaching available.
