What the Duck?

Join Chef Noah Goldberg in the kitchen at the legendary Peter Pan Bistro as he leads you in an intimate, hands-on cooking class that will be sure to add to your artillery in the kitchen.

We will cover:

-Duck butchery

-Confit and preservation


-Duck fat & the offal

Classes are 3-hours (6pm-9pm), and take place in a professional restaurant kitchen. Groups are limited to between 4-8 people, so attendees receive dedicated 1-on-1 instruction with Chef Noah. All knives, utensils and materials provided. All recipes and study materials will be prepared to take home

-Guests will receive snacks during the lesson (*if you require a large dinner or cannot eat ahead of time, feel free to bring extra snacks of your own). Everyone will take home the food they prepare during the class. Alcohol will be available for purchase on-site.
