At this workshop, you will:
• Write out your unsaid message
• Learn how to fold kusudama flowers
• Make a kusudama to take home with you
• Join in on a secret notebook swap (!)
RSVP through Eventbrite.
What I Wish You Knew is a community art project for the things we leave unsaid. We collect anonymous messages that people wish they could share with someone in their life, and fold each one into a petal of a Kusudama (origami flower ball). Participants' messages and the stories behind them are shared on our Instagram each week, and finished pieces will be donated to local mental health spaces.
This event is not sponsored or hosted by Toronto Public Library.
