The Elliott Tree Farm maple syrup experience begins with our famous pancake breakfast/brunch inside our warm Horse Barn Canteen. Follow that with a 10 – 15-minute sugarbush trail walk to enjoy the sugarbush experience. There you will visit our sugar shack, check sap buckets, and taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, maple sugar and maple toffee over snow. There we host our 20-minute live presentation of the Discovery, History and Production of Maple Syrup at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Afterwards, return from the Sugar Bush to our Heritage Barn to taste our Award Winning Maple Syrup grades which are available for purchase along with our other farm and maple products and locally sourced gifts and treats.

• Please remember to dress for spring and muddy conditions with proper footwear and bring what you need to enjoy yourself for the day!

• Dogs are always welcome at the farm on a leash.
