Performing Arts Training Intensive PATI is a professional development training program offered to emerging Black and racialized artists 18-29 years old who are under-represented in mainstream theatre and who are challenged to find spaces where they can receive professional development as theatre practitioners without racially and economically restrictive selection practices. PATI is a bridge into professional theatre that provides both theoretical and practical performance training while enabling mentorship between emerging and established artists.
