Valentine's Day Cookie Decorating Class
Learn how to decorate a variety of Valentine’s day themed sugar cookies with royal icing. Master techniques such as achieving the proper icing consistency, colouring royal icing, outlining, flooding and piping details.
Students will decorate 12 pre-baked cookies (including an assortment of hearts, mason jars, rounds and flowers) and take home recipes for the cookie dough and royal icing.
