Tropic of Funk is an attempt to reconnect the roots of disco to a more contemporary and experimental sound while being aware of Disco and Funk's underground nature.

Disco was popularised at a time where Black, LatinX, Queers, Femmes, Trans and gender diverse individuals felt the need for a haven. For many of us- we still feel that way so lets get grooving.
