After a weekend at the cottage why not let us cook dinner?! This is the first event combining music and food hosted by the Tranzac. We hope you will come and enjoy some great company, wonderful bluegrass music by The Unseen Strangers, a free drink and the following delicious meal prepared by chef Emily Zimmerman:

Summer veggie tacos: grilled zucchini, sweet potato hash, and refried white beans in fresh made white corn tortillas.

Jamaican rice'n'peas: curried coconut rice with caramelized onion and pigeon peas.

Shaved root veggie salad: beets, radishes, celery root, in a sweet ginger vinaigrette.

Berry Fool: local mixed berries with crumbled lemon crunch cookies and whipped coconut cream.

The whole menu is vegan and gluten free, but not so's you'd notice. :-
