The Toronto Marlies, the Toronto Maple Leafs’ AHL affiliate team, will be hosting their marquee St. Pats game on Thursday, March 17 at Coca-Cola Coliseum when they take on the Hersey Bears at 1:30 p.m. The Marlies will be donning green and white St. Pats uniforms for the first time in the team’s history. The uniforms and programming during this game are inspired by an iconic era in the club’s past when the team known today as the Toronto Maple Leafs bore the identity of the Toronto St. Pats from 1919 to 1927.
