Thief of Bagdad 1924

The Toronto Theatre Organ Society presents the incredible fantasy adventure film of Douglas Fairbanks as the Thief of Bagdad 1924 with virtuoso Steven Ball on the Wurlitzer Theatre Organ. Months of preparation with a team of artists and designers created the massive Arabian Night sets. Fairbanks was at the peak of his physical perfection as a great action hero as he goes from one adventure to another in his quest to find the rarest treasure in the world and win the hand of the princess he loves. Also see a very young Myrna Loy as the scheming palace insider. Beautifully restored.

Only the historic Wurlitzer Theatre Organ with Steven Ball can keep up with the action on screen. See silent films as they were meant to be seen and heard-up on the big screen with a live score. One night only.

A co-presentation with the Toronto Silent Film Festival

Tickets available online through the website or at the door. $20

Doors open at 7:15 general admission
