The Trump Effect: An Evening with Professor Kim Nossal

Donald J. Trumps surprising upset in the US presidential election in November promises to have radical and far-reaching effects, even if Trump the president backs away from some of the bold and overtly unachievable campaign promises. What impact will a Trump presidency have on domestic politics in the United States, where we have seen the emergence of deep partisan, class and racial divisions? And what effects will a Trump presidency have on the global system, which for over seventy years has depended on administrations in Washington that are committed to a liberal trading order and a global security order in which the United States plays a primary role?

This event with Dr. Kim Nossal, Professor of Political Studies at Queens University, will explore these important questions.

Event includes drink ticket, light appetizers and stimulating debate with fellow Queens alumni!
