The must try food at the 2019 CNE; Bannock Dogs and they're free!

Ever had a “Bannock Dog?”

No? Come try one in Toronto at the CNE! Witness the culinary legend that is Marcel Boucher. From breakfast cook to Head Chef, he’s done it all. He takes his responsibility to feed 500 people every day at Musselwhite Mine in North Western Ontario very seriously. And very personally. His creations are infused with his Lac Seul First Nations heritage. His specialty? Bannock, a traditional indigenous bread. Marcel takes a modern twist on his grandmothers’ secret recipe.

Catch Marcel at the Canadian National Exhibition cooking up (free!) bannock fried hot dogs and experience a little taste of Lac Seul and mining culture. #ThisIsMining
