The Missing Middle Summit

Missing middle housing refers to medium-density housing, which includes duplexes, triplexes, multiplexes generally up to eight units, townhouses, stacked townhouses, and lowrise apartment buildings up to six storeys.

These housing types are considered "missing" as we've mostly build lowrise detached houses, larger midrise and highrise buildings, and very little in between in the Greater Toronto Area over the last few decades.

The inaugural Missing Middle Summit 2023 was a resounding success with over 120 professional developers, general contractors, architects, planners, engineers, lenders, lawyers, and more connecting with each other and learning about each step of the missing middle development lifecycle from 15 experts across all relevant domains.

The Missing Middle Summit 2024 will be even better!

We're going to make it over twice as big, with more than twice as many attendees featuring exactly the right people you need to connect with if you want to lead or participate in a missing middle development project.

We're opening ticket sales up early so that you can lock in your spot as we are sure to sell out once again.

The Missing Middle Summit is perfect for:

Missing middle housing developers who want to connect with more designers, consultants, lenders, and builders;

Aspiring missing middle housing developer who want to break into the industry;

Homeowners who want to renovate or redevelop their properties as missing middle housing; and

Designers, consultants, lenders, and builders who want to connect with current and aspiring missing middle housing developers.

Agenda and further details to follow.
