To kick off this year’s Sunrise Challenge, CAMH is partnering up with The Coffee Party and supported by the creative marketing agency That Good, to host a dynamic sober day party that reimagines how we gather in support of mental health ensuring a future where no one is left behind. #NoOneLeftBehind

The CAMH Sunrise Challenge is a nationwide campaign that invites Canadians to rise early, get moving, and fundraise in support of mental health research and care.

Running from May 26 to 30, 2025, participants are encouraged to donate, start a team, or share a sunrise moment that shows how they start their day.

This year’s initiative spotlights the question “Why I Rise?”, a rallying cry to spark dialogue around personal purpose and mental health journeys.
