TEDxUofT 2018: Deconstruct

The seventh annual TEDxUofT conference is happening from 9AM-5PM next Saturday, March 10th at the St Lawrence Centre. The event, themed “Deconstruct,” will bring together the UofT community for an exciting day of inspiring talks, performances, conversation, and connection.

Attendees will have a chance to meet and mingle with the speakers as well as discuss the talks amongst themselves and share ideas. The roster of 11 speakers includes Ulrich Krull, the principal of UofT Mississauga, and current UofT student and YouTuber Sabrina Cruz, as well as UofT professor Dan Dolderman, and Matt Russo, UofT astrophysicist and musician. Tickets, including a limited number of discounted student tickets, are now available on the TEDxUofT website at https://www.tedxuoft.com/conference.

The full day event will feature multiple interactive booths and giveaways by our partners, including the University of Toronto, UofT Mississauga, Nanoleaf and Manulife, as well as student clubs such as the UofT Aerospace Team and UTM Global Brigades. Tickets are now on sale, there are a limited number of student tickets available at a reduced price. The conference, which will also be webcast, begins at 9AM EST on March 10th, 2018 at the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts on Front St East.
