You’ll end your day with us here at the brewery where you’ll learn what it takes to make Sweet Spot Mocha Marshmallow Stout. Now that Soul Chocolate has moved into the building, Sweet Spot is a true Wagstaff collab! During the conditioning of our sweet stout brew, we add roasted, crushed cocoa nibs from Soul Chocolate, coffee beans from Pilot Coffee Roasters, and a touch of lactose and vanilla – for a sweet and creamy touch of marshmallow – creating the ultimate mocha-inspired treat!
