Katharikkai curry- This is a Jaffna favourite that is typically made with fried aubergines, learn how to make the healthier baked version and enjoy one of the most delectable aubergine dishes you will ever come across.

In this demonstration class, you will be provided with step-by-step intstructions on how to make Tamil food whilst taking you through the nutritional benefits of each dish.
