SURGE: Emerging Artists Exhibition features the work of Moira Ness, Dalbert Vilarino, Andrew Watch, Kendra Yee and Cristine Yunyk, winners of the 2017 Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition (TOAE) “Emerging Artist” award.

In partnership with TOAE and with generous donations from Deeks Financial Group, Frances Patella and Charles Collins, Propeller is pleased to host an exhibition of emerging artists selected by emerging curator and Propeller Gallery Director Nathan Heuvingh.

The artists featured in this exhibition display the diversity and innovation found in the work of the next generation of artists. Selected based on their ingenuity, originality and effort to push the boundaries of artistic practices into new directions, the artists in this exhibition reflect the most compelling works by emerging artists featured in the 2017 edition of TOAE.
