Soul Jam mixes yoga, ecstatic dance and sound healing meditations all together in one integrated flow to get bodies and souls humming. It's been one of our most popular offerings at Yoga Village. After seeing morning rave dances popping up in Europe as a new way to start your day with powerful vital movement and community vibes, we decided to make our own offering in a similar vein. Thus, Sunrise Soul Jam was born!

Join us as Megan Marie Gates guides a flowing yoga class, accompanied by Darren Austin Hall providing sacred music sounds with crystal singing bowls!. Then, Liz Diaz will DJ a vivacious ecstatic dance before Darren returns to close it all down with healing sound meditation. We'll also have some yummy, wholesome beverages to serve to start your day on the right foot!
