Spring Healing

Spend the evening engaging in yoga, a sound bath, and meditation. 🌱

This special one hour event is about creating space so that you can focus inwards and find a deeper sense of peace.

Andrea will guide you through the energy flow (a combination of asanas, pranayama, bhandas, mantra, savasana, and meditation). Exploring all of these yogic techniques can create a profoundly balancing effect and help you connect back to a more present mind.

The sound bath element will encourage the body and mind to delve deeper within the practice. Soothing sounds from the crystal bowls and chimes can impact us on a vibrational level and have the ability to move through body, skin, bones, and emotion.

This workshop will be a transformational full body experience and recalibration of aura leaving you feeling vibrant, joyous, and settled.

Please arrive a couple minutes before the workshop starts.

What you'll need to bring:

- Your yoga mat

- Water bottle

- Comfy clothes

If you don't have a yoga mat, you're more than welcome to borrow one from the studio.
