Spring Awakening: Yin Yoga and Acupressure

A revitalizing workshop where Yin yoga meets acupressure in perfect harmony with spring's renewal energy. This thoughtfully designed session offers the ideal opportunity to transition from winter's restful nature to spring's natural vitality.
We'll work with the body's seasonal rhythms, targeting specific postures and pressure points that help release winter stagnation and cultivate a balanced energy for the warmer months. The workshop combines Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with healing Yin techniques for a holistic approach to seasonal wellness.
Students are invited to bring additional layers of clothing and an eye pillow or mask if they wish.
