Join Chris for a Friday evening Samhain ritual sound bath and Saturday elemental sound bath journey featuring crystal bowls, gongs, ocean and buffalo drums, chimes and Shruti box.

Friday Evening Samhain Ritual Sound Bath – 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

On this evening we will be connecting to the ancestors both personally and in the greater consciousness.

Saturday Elemental Sound Bath Journey & Reflection Exercises – 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This Saturday afternoon is divided into five parts, each featuring an element of fire, water, air, earth and spirit with breaks in between. Through the healing power of sound, participants will attune to their personal relationship with the elements and will leave with a deeper connection to their inner being.

● Mini sound bath to connect to the Ancestors of Fire

● Silent reflection / journaling / drawing / divination and oracles

● Mini sound bath to connect to the Ancestors of Water

● Silent reflection / journaling / drawing / divination and oracles

Part Three

● Setting Intentions and Body Connection to the Realm of Sky

● Adding to the Altar – The Air Element

● Mini sound bath to connect to the Ancestors of Air

● Silent reflection / journaling / drawing / divination and oracles

Part Four

● Setting Intentions and Body Connection to the Realm of Land

● Adding to the Altar – The Earth Element

● Mini sound bath to connect to the Ancestors of Earth

Special Notes:

Essential oils, Palo Santo and Sage may be used to create a sacred connection.

All supplies for drawing, writing and altar connection will be supplied but please bring your own journals and tools if you have them. If you wish you can bring any sacred objects, crystals, photos of loved ones for use in our altar. This is your journey and I welcome your suggestions.

What do I need to bring to a sound bath?

During the sound bath participants may choose to lay down with pillows, blankets and props or sit in meditative pose with eyes open or closed. Please wear comfortable clothing and if you wish you can bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Blankets, pillows, mats will also be supplied. Sound baths are open to everyone and no prior experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and open heart. This is a great opportunity to relax, ground and balance your body in a safe, sacred space.

Chris Johnstone – Bio

Chris Johnstone is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids and has over 20 years’ experience in nature-based spiritual practices. He spent most of his childhood on a greenhouse farm surrounded by nature and has always been a passionate explorer of holistic, energetic and creative arts. He has professional training in sound healing, spiritual direction, yoga, reiki and tarot and is a graphic artist in the educational sector. He provides monthly Elemental Sound Baths at Wonderworks and has a private practice in Toronto.
