Join us for a very special two in one workshop! The first 45 minutes of this workshop is aimed at absolute chess beginners who do not know anything about chess. We will talk a little about the history of chess, how the pieces move and capture and basic checks and checkmates. Then, we will go onto the second workshop where we will talk about more advanced checks and checkmates, algebraic notation, the relative value of the pieces and some basic opening strategy. Afterwards, players will have one and a half hours to test their skills with new friends!
