October is Caribbean Heritage Month in Canada, and here at Carnival Spice, we’re all about celebrating the vibrancy, culture, and spirit of the Caribbean diaspora.

To commemorate this special time, we are excited to take one "Last Lap" at Forward With Design inside the stackt market. They offer a wide selection of Activewear, Bags, Self Care and Small Accessories.

The festivities include a 60 min Caribbean dance fitness workshop lead by the Carnival Spice fitness team. It will feature a playlist of some of the top soca, dancehall, afro and chutney songs. THIS WILL SELL OUT so be sure to register now to avoid disappointment.
