Sharing Dance Day - Dance to Make a Difference!

Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS), in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, Parkinson Society Canada, and World Animal Protection, is hosting the second annual Sharing Dance Day on Sunday, May 24 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Yonge-Dundas Square. This FREE public event encourages Canadians of all ages and fitness levels to take part in the joy of dance and become united in promoting dance and physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle, while also raising funds for worthy causes in our community.

The event will feature dance and musical performances by some of Canada’s most talented artists including: Divine Heritage Artistry, Gadfly, Samba Squad, and NBS’ Professional Ballet Program students, among others. FREE ballet, street dance and Bollywood dance classes will also be offered, as will other activities for the entire family.
