SAUKRATES aka "Big Soxx" is a 2x Juno Nominated Canadian rapper, singer, and record producer extraordinaire.

Saukrates has been a centerpiece of the Hip Hop and R&B; scene for quite some time in Toronto. The beneficiaries of Saukrates artistry has impacted the careers of Kardinal Offishall, Jully Black, Maestro, Divine Brown, King Reign, K-OS, Andreeena Mill, Drake and many more...

Saukrates has had classic singles like "Father Time", "Money or Love", "Hate Runs Deep" ft. Marvel and "Coming Up" to name of few. He is well known for his 2006 lead singing and producing of the Hip Hop Group Big Black Lincoln's Album "Heaven's Caught on Fire" with Agile, TRACKS from IRS, Shakari Knight and Ro Dolla featuring tracks like "Pimpin Life", "Creep Slow", "In The Hood" ft. Andreena Mill, and "All of You" just to name a few. Also, in 2006 he performed “Say It Right” at the 2006 American Music Awards and “Promiscuous” with Nelly Furtado at the 94th Grey Cup after which he toured extensively through Europe as her supporting act on her Get Loose Tour.

Saukrates continued to collaborate with artists on various projects including producing Method Man and Redman’s lead single “A-Yo” in 2009 from their Billboard Top 10 album Blackout 2 followed by the 2011 "Season One" LP Album which features the first single "Drop It Down" featuring Redman and also the song “Say I” the second single off his "Season One" Album which he performed for the North American Nike campaign entitled “24/7” featuring NHL star P.K. Subban.

In 2012, Saukrates collaborated with Classified and Skratch Bastid on the song "Anything Goes" from Classified's self-titled album. He was also featured twice on Orchestrated Noise by pioneering Canadian MC Maestro Fresh Wes 7th Studio Album on the tracks "Stranger" and "Look for Me in the Whirlwind" also most recently in 2013 on Canadian Hip Hop Artist Shad track "Stylin' on his "Flying Colours" Album.

The anticipation of the "Season Two" The Amani EP Album awaits as well as the renewed energy & re-emergence of Saukrates.
